Danny Simard
Danny Simard is a Broker Associate with Craft & Bauer Real Estate Co. serving the Greater Los Angeles and San Diego Metro areas. Before entering real estate, Danny served for six years as a submarine nuclear reactor operator and a SCUBA diver in the U.S. Navy. Danny has helped three candidates train for and earn their real estate licenses, empowering them to start their careers. In 2021, he successfully helped his first Spanish-speaking clients close on their very first home.
Danny’s favorite design influencer is Beckmann House, an Arizona based interior design company focused on minimal, modern design. He especially appreciates the potential they are able to uncover in 1990’s-era suburban tract homes.
In his leisure time, Danny used to both play and referee men’s roller derby. Now he enjoys playing Magic: The Gathering and is a certified level 2 judge for the extremely popular trading card game with over 40 million players worldwide. Living and working in Southern California, affordable housing and immigration rights are important causes that Danny advocates for.
