Located in Mountain Village, 800 feet above Telluride, the new $1 billion Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences is projected to open in late 2027, marking the area’s largest hotel/residential development. Olson Kundig, an AD 100 firm, is designing Telluride's first new five-star lodgings in 15 years, blending show-stopping exteriors with thoughtful interiors.

Brian O’Neill, Director of Telluride Properties, holds the listing for the Four Seasons, signaling another monumental milestone in the team’s journey.

The development features 52 hotel rooms, 40 hotel residences, and 28 private residences, all with spectacular mountain views, luxurious interiors, and top-notch amenities like ski valets, private chefs, and wellness programs. Collaborating with Clements Design, the project emphasizes comfort with materials like wood, stone, and metal, and includes high-end finishes and modern conveniences such as oxygenation systems for better sleep. This modernist retreat aims to effortlessly merge indoor and outdoor spaces, offering residents and guests an unparalleled alpine experience.
