Los Angeles Business Journal Releases the Top Real Estate Agents in Los Angeles in 2019 - Including Six Leverage Member Agents

Westside Estate Agency and Smith & Berg Partners secure placement as 6 of the 68 agents featured in the ranking of LA’s top agents of 2019.

The Los Angeles Business Journal recently released the list of top residential real estate agents and sales in Los Angeles in 2019. The list features LA’s leading agents and brokers and their record-breaking sales within the market. Among the list of LA’s 68 elite are six Leverage member agents from Westside Estate Agency and Smith & Berg Partners. 

Leading the list as the #1 Real Estate Agent in Los Angeles in 2019 is Co-Founder of Westside Estate Agency, Kurt Rappaport, who sold 34 units worth a combined $909 million. Following Rappaport, F. Ron Smith, Founding Partner of Smith & Berg Partners, earned the 19th spot in the ranking with $233 million, climbing 27 spots from last year. Co-Founder of Westside Estate Agency, Stephen Shapiro earned the 30th spot with $179 million in sales. 

Westside Estate Agency continued their presence among the top real estate agents with Fred Bernstein placing 44th with $130 million, Daniel Dill placing 48th with $124 million, and Richard Ehrlich placing 49th with $118 million.
