I got into real estate as a realtor in 2004 because I love a challenge and with real estate, every day is a different challenge! Problem-solving and the ability to be creative when finding solutions are the daily joys of my line of work.

When I started in real estate, I was primarily working with investors and developers and then it transformed into working with unique, specialty luxury homes, resort properties, new construction, building speculation, waterfront real estate, subdivision development and creative marketing. I am an aggressive buyers' agent who finds the best value on properties and exceeds the needs of the buyer. I network within the real estate community, provide accurate information and market my sellers’ properties through many different traditional and interactive advertising vehicles.

I love living in Sandpoint. After growing up in a small resort town in Colorado, I was looking to raise my family in another town that would grant us the lifestyle and year-round outdoor recreation to which I was accustomed. I think Sandpoint is one of the best resort towns I have ever visited and I feel fortunate to be able to raise my family in such a great place.

In the winter, our family spends most of our time snowboarding and skiing at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, as well as snowmobiling in the Selkirk Mountains. As soon as the snow stops falling and the lake starts to warm, we put the boat in the water to begin our wakeboard and waterski season. When we’re not on the water, we are spending our time camping, golfing, hiking, biking and just hanging in the sun at the beach.
