Total Property Resources As a top-ten relocation city in America, a big focus for us was figuring out how we could utilize Leverage to better serve our clients with relocation needs. The continued support and encouragement of the Leverage team was invaluable during this process. Not only were we able to offer our brokers more marketing and networking support, we could offer them an additional tool to help their relocation clients. The result of this was big for us! Leverage transactions accounted for 1/3 of our lead transaction dollars last year. Considering we had a great lead close rate, and a good in-house led generation number, this was huge! Demonstrating these results for our brokers means we can keep them more engaged as we carry the momentum into the new year and further leverage (pun intended) our Leverage partnerships to serve our brokers and our clients.
