"I participated in many of Leverages’ Think Tank calls and Conference Calls so I knew this would be valuable and F. Ron always does a great job sharing his wisdom and experience. This call was no exception, however I knew I was leaving for a listing appointment with one of our agents as soon as the call ended and I knew I needed a new idea for this particular listing presentation. As I was listening, F. Ron was talking about his “Taco Tuesday” and showing photos of the event which was also used on his social media channels. It hit me that this was the idea I needed, with a slight twist. I called our agent on the drive to the listing appointment and told her I had a new idea that I wanted to present to the client and explained it to her. During the listing presentation, as we discussed holding a Broker Luncheon, I described a house full of agents, with a gorgeous catered lunch, agents having fun and admiring the home. I described that I would be there to video the agents as they toured the home, capturing the agent activity and also capturing features of the home. We would post the video of this event on our social media channels promoting our new listing. The homeowner loved this idea and the creative marketing strategy!
