ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA – Showing there is no slow down in the western North Carolina real estate market, this North Asheville home sets a new record for pricing. Mountain Life Properties of Landmark Realty Group listed the home and surrounding 4.55 acres this fall.

Two homes have sold for more since 2015, both in Biltmore Forest, a home on 45 acres sold for $9.5 million. And a 12,000 square foot home built in 1927 sold for $7.7 million.
