Leverage President Annalisa Povlock Interviewed on Arch Digest’s Asking Price

For the second time, Annalisa was featured as the real estate expert on Architectural Digest’s hit series.

President of Leverage Global Partners, Annalisa Povlock, recently starred in an episode of Architectural Digest’s YouTube series, Asking Price. In the episode, Povlock was featured as the real estate expert who made an educated guess on the property’s asking price.

The Spanish-style mansion is located on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles. The compound-style home includes a 6,000+ square foot main house with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, a guest house, and a spacious back yard, all spread out over a private 14,321 square foot lot. The home was recently sold by Real Estate Agent James Harris. 

The three guessers, a renter in Los Angeles, an owner of a one-bedroom in Los Angeles, and Povlock - the real estate expert - made their final guesses after being provided information on the amenities, floorplan, location, and seeing property photography.
