The Los Angeles Times features Telluride Properties’ 115 Acres Gold Creek Ranch

Film producers, Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy, have listed their Telluride, CO ranch for $16.9M.

Spanning over 115 acres of serene creeks, towering aspens, and unobstructed granite mountain views, Gold Creek Ranch is one of Telluride’s most serene retreats. Listed by Mike Shimkonis with Telluride Properties, the estate was recently put on the market for nearly $17M.

The homestead includes a cluster of perfectly scaled artisan structures, including a cottage, writer's cabin, horse barn, carriage house, and power shed.

Owners, Marshall and Kennedy are co-founders of Amblin Entertainment along with Stephen Spielberg. They have produced some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbusters, such as “The Sixth Sense,” “Jurassic Park,” “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial,” and many more.
