Home of Leverage Partner, Iltam Real Estate, Herzliya is an affluent city in the central coast of Israel, at the Northern part of the Tel Aviv District, known for its entrepreneurial culture.

Named after Theodor Herzl, the founder of modern Zionism, Herzliya covers an area of 21.6 square kilometers (8.3 sq mi). The city has a small airport, three shopping malls (Arena Mall, Seven Stars Mall and the Outlet), movie theaters, museums, cultural centers, a stadium and upscale beaches.

The Herzliya Marina is the city’s main entertainment hub lined with inviting restaurants and bars, shopping and entertainment. The marina was declared an international port in 1995, and has since become the biggest and most modern marina in the Mediterranean with an international seaport of 700 moorings. It also hosts national and international sailing events, as well as various water sports.

Overlooking hundreds of yachts docked at the marina, Arena Mall specializes in fashion and accessories and is home to familiar fashion chains, including the Gap, Topshop and Topman; the kids’ clothing chain epk, a large outlet of the luxury-brands chain Factory 54, Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren. Popular with the locals, Seven Stars Mall is located near the city's train station. There you will find chains such as H&M, Clarks shoes, Nautica and MAC cosmetics. After a day of shopping, refuel with dinner at one of Herzliyas many restaurants. Walk down to Murphy’s Irish pub or to one of the various other restaurants, all brimming with diners during the weekend. The marina itself is a scenic site, where you can take a leisurely stroll and gaze out at the Mediterranean.

At its western municipal boundaries is Herzliya Pituach, one of Israel's most prosperous neighborhoods and home to numerous embassies, as well as prominent Israeli business people.
