While Monica grew up in Torrance, CA, she moved to San Diego in 1989 to raise her two beautiful children and has never left. San Diego has been her home for over 30 years, and she absolutely loves living there. As a San Diego resident for over three decades, she has in-depth knowledge of the San Diego North County real estate market, and her broad marketing plan combined with an extensive local and international referral network enables homeowners to get the maximum value for their property.
Monica and her husband have owned a home improvement business since 2001, and her experience in that industry hones her eye for real estate. As a 15-year breast cancer survivor, Monica is passionate about finding a cure. She volunteers at local organizations and is active with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization for Breast Cancer Research and Education. Monica is also on the board for Milestone House, a short-term residential therapeutic program bringing positive and fundamental change to children whose lives are impacted by trauma.
In her leisure time, Monica enjoys spending time with family, including her husband, two children, and granddaughter Miley. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, meditating, golfing, road trips, and taking long walks on the beach.
