Kasie Nunley

After more than a decade of growing up and around her parents’ real estate appraisal business in Port Huron, Michigan, as well as ultimately working IN the family business, Kasie Nunley made the move in 2012 to the Nashville region, aka “The Athens of the South”, to begin her college career and explore her own future in the world of real estate and investment.

While attending MTSU, Kasie quickly expanded her expertise from appraisals to property management where she discovered a true love for houses, renovations and helping others through the many real estate related opportunities to be had here in Middle Tennessee. She became a Tennessee licensed Realtor® in 2013, went full time into real estate in 2014 and hasn’t looked back ever since!

Kasie now uses her signature professionalism and personal touch to represent buyers and sellers at every price level as well as many investors. CHORD Real Estate is proud to have her on board as she truly embodies the very essence of CHORD’s “real estate concierge” approach.
