In nearly two decades as a full-time, top-producing real estate consultant in the South Bay, Jennifer Davidson has closed over 415 home sales, has recorded more than $260M in volume, and has consistently ranked in the top 2% of Realtors® nationwide. Whether she’s getting sellers top dollar for their Beach Cities property in the shortest amount of time with the least hassle, or helping buyers secure their dream home without the stress of having to write several offers, Jennifer’s clients are her No. 1 priority. She treats them like family and takes the time to listen to their needs while providing expert real estate insight. Many of them call her the “house whisperer,” and they all love her honesty and how easy and stress-free she makes the home search and sale process. She values loyalty, respect, and love, and maintains long-lasting relationships with clients based on these core principles.

Born in the South Bay and raised in Ecuador, Jennifer has lived in Hermosa Beach since 1992. She credits her close-knit family with helping make her the award-winning real estate agent she is today and her multicultural background for teaching her to celebrate diversity and respect people from all walks of life. Her family’s entrepreneurial spirit inspired Jennifer from a very young age to pursue her dream of owning a business, expertly serving people, and truly making a difference — all of which she does through her real estate consulting business. Jennifer has had her California real estate salesperson license since 2001 and her broker license since 2012, and she has worked for several leading real estate firms in the South Bay. In 2006, she founded a real estate, mortgage, and escrow company, which she successfully ran for eight years.

Jennifer met her high school sweetheart (now her husband) at Redondo Union High School, and they and their young son thrive within their community. When she’s not practicing real estate, Jennifer loves spending time with her family cooking for them, having fun in her backyard, and gardening. As an explorer and foodie, she enjoys taking advantage of everything the South Bay and Southern California have to offer. She goes for long walks on the Hermosa Valley Greenbelt, rides her bike on the strand, spends time at the beach and piers, snowboards in Mammoth and Big Bear, and heads to Palm Springs to enjoy the heat (poolside) and fine dining.
Coming from an extremely entrepreneurial family, her love for her community, ambition to make a difference and ease with people made real estate a very simple decision at age 19. Actively involved in our one of a kind beach communities since 1992, Jennifer is uniquely qualified as your local expert.

Professionally, Jennifer obtained her Real Estate License in 2001, her Brokers License in 2012 and has almost 19 years of full time Real Estate experience. Her expertise is unmatched by most of her peers. As a Real Estate professional, Jennifer has consistently been ranked in the top 2% nationally. Her diligence has succeeded in closing over 400 Real Estate transactions and over $240,000,000 in sales.

Additionally, Jennifer’s drive and determination helped her create and operate her own real estate, mortgage, and escrow company called Cunningham and Davidson Real Estate and Lending, from 2006-2011. Expert knowledge and experience as a Brokerage owner gives Jennifer’s clients a clear advantage.
