Jennie Fairchild

Named as one of 'The Thousand' Top Realtors in the country by RealTrends in partnership with the Wall Street Journal, Jennie Fairchild is an established and proven luxury real estate agent at Lake Tahoe. Successfully representing clients in over $315 Million of lakefront transactions, she is also a licensed attorney in the State of California with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Real Estate. Her wide range of experience includes a background in corporate development, merger and acquisition integration, legal counsel and business management, as well as being an entrepreneur in her own right as co-owner of FOLK Brewing Company 'The Original Lake Tahoe Kombucha' with her husband. A deep appreciation of the Sierra Nevada mountains and Lake Tahoe can be traced to her parents' and grandparents' many family vacations in the area; to her great-grandfather, Robert Martin Price, who was an original founding member of the Sierra Club with John Muir; and to her great-grandmother and namesake, Jennie Ellsworth Price, who was the first Sierra Club pioneer woman to hike the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne, a published journalist, and an avid outdoor photographer. Jennie has called Lake Tahoe her home since 2004.
