Amber Lane
Amber is a New Smyrna Beach, Florida native and Flagler College graduate. She originally traveled to Big Island in 2009 and fell in love...with the island that is. After returning to the mainland, Amber couldn’t get Hawai’i out of her head. The raw rugged natural beauty, the energy of the island, the history & culture, and the way of life swept her off her feet. In 2011 she took a leap of faith and a backpack and made Big Island her home. Since then, she has been doing everything she can to build a life here.
Amber earned her Real Estate license in 2017 and felt she finally found a career that tied together her entrepreneurial business sense, desire to help people, and love for homes, properties, and this island.
Amber spent 3 years working as LUVA’s Long-term Property Manager - growing her rental portfolio to 55 rentals from Keauhou to Waikoloa. Time in property management taught her how to have tough conversations and become a master problem solver. It also taught her everything you need to know about owning an investment property. She decided to leave property management in 2022 to spend more time on Residential Sales.
Amber is highly personable, intuitive, attentive, and focuses on identifying and meeting the needs and goals of every client. She is a tactful negotiator and does not shy away from tackling any problem that comes her way. She believes everything is figureoutable.

In her free time, you can find her somewhere outdoors enjoying the nature of this island with her husband and three children. They spend their days gardening their homestead, playing in the ocean, hiking, camping, and volunteering in environmental initiatives to preserve Hawai’i island.
